11-10 | Maintenance Coating

Wear resistant and easy to clean, 11-10 can be used as a stand-alone system for concrete or maintenance coating over ALX, MACoat and Texture-Crete.

ALX™ Pro | Plywood Deck Waterproofing

Fire rated, lath reinforced waterproofing system for above grade plywood surfaces like decks and balconies. Now featuring Glass Lath! Available in standard topcoat colors including solar reflective options.

Grind and Seal | Polished Concrete Alternative

This fast turnaround system is a stain resistant alternative to polished concrete and may contribute to LEED credits.

MACoat™ | Concrete Balcony Waterproofing

Fire rated waterproofing system that can be installed on concrete and over existing deck systems. Great for above-grade rehabilitation of problem surfaces. Available in standard topcoat colors including solar reflective options.

TC Interior | Decorative Flooring

High end custom overlay system using combinations of water-based stains for a variegated look and a sophisticated satin finish. The smooth subtle texture is perfect for indoor spaces.

Temper-Crete® | Urethane Cement

Installed with limited downtime, this urethane cement system has excellent impact, chemical, and thermal shock resistance. Ideal for restaurant kitchens, forklift traffic, and other high-abuse industrial environments.

Texture-Crete | Decorative Concrete Overlay

Cover ugly cracked concrete – no tear out needed! Available in an array of standard colors including solar reflective options for improved surface temperatures. Adding sand broadcast will provide further slip resistance to this textured surface – perfect for multifamily areas.

Tidalstone® | Seamless Terrazzo Alternative

With high-build and thin-film options, this system delivers the look of polished concrete and terrazzo with the seamless durability of resinous flooring. The high-build assembly incorporates a Temper-Crete® base for ultimate strength and aesthetics.

System Enhancements

Moisture Vapor Barrier | EC-15 MVB

A moisture vapor barrier helps protect concrete floors by blocking moisture from moving up through the slab and causing damage over time. Because concrete must dry properly and can only release moisture through its surface, a vapor barrier is essential for preventing issues like flooring failure, bubbling, and adhesion problems.

Slope Technique

An add-on system used beneath ALX and MACoat to help correct low spots and improve drainage when a deck substrate is not properly sloped. Made from an acrylic cement blend with aggregate and reinforced with laminated fiberlath for crack resistance, it offers a fast-drying, high-strength, featheredge solution that is both water resistant and cost effective.

WP Wrap

A supplemental waterproofing reinforcement used beneath ALX and MACoat to provide added protection at deck perimeters, flashing, and other challenging transition areas. By combining a waterproofing membrane with flexible flashing fabric, it creates a seamless, reinforced membrane where extra waterproofing strength is needed most.

WP-53 Hybrid Sealant

Our hybrid sealant is a one-component, modified hybrid silicone designed for strong adhesion to common construction substrates while delivering fast cure, long-term flexibility, and weather-resistant performance. Used in waterproofing details like flashing seams, overlaps, and ALX or MACoat assemblies, it helps create a durable seal that stands up to movement and moisture.
